Jennifer Nequia Aying received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP): University of Massachusetts Boston; As APN/DNP has knowledge, expertise, skills in healthcare system’s leadership, policy development, and interdisciplinary collaboration in improving health care delivery, and increasing easy access to care. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Central Philippine University, Iloilo, Philippines.

She will be the PNAA COVID 19 Task Force Chair from 2020-2022, and was the PNAA Eastern Regional Vice President from 2018-2020.

  • Founding Officer/3rd and 7th President: PNA New England (PNANE), Inc.

  • Instrumental of PNANE becoming Philippine Nurses Association of America Affiliate.

Jennifer has been the 1st Co-Chair/Adviser: PNAA Advanced Practice Nurse Forum since 2008. She was the Lead Coordinator and Speaker: Successful Balik-Turo (Teach-Back) Program in Central Philippine University in 2014 and 2019.

Jennifer was the speaker for the “Advocacy on Universal Healthcare: Nursing Anesthesia, the Bohol Experience” at the Central Philippine University, in the Philippines on January 24, 2020.
